What is the difference between Resell and Transfer?

Resell means that a participant that has obtained capacity at the Month or Year Auction, has the possibility to give the capacity back to TSO AuctionBV. TSO Auction will offer this capacity on the Month or Day Auction. Transfer is the possibility to sell the obtained capacity to another participant.

What are the costs for Resell and Transfer?

Resell: for every day and every connection the participant is charged € 250.00 handling fee. On the other hand the participant will receive all revenues obtained with the capacity.
Transfer: for every period on end the participant that transfers the capacity will be charged € 100.00 handling fee. Then a new contract will be made by TSO Auction.

If a participant transfers capacity should it inform TSO Auction?

It is necessary to inform TSO Auction BV. TSO Auction will assess the demand and will inform the participant of the outcome. If accepted TSO Auction BV will proceed and inform the concerning Transmission System Operators.

In case of a Transfer, which standards does the third party have to meet?

The receiving party has to be registered with TSO Auction and the counter party has to be announced to TSO Auction.

Up to when I can send a request for reselling my capacity?

It is possible to request a resell or transfer of capacity with TSO Auction BV up to Day-4 before eight o'clock in the morning Dutch time.
